Applying for a UK Pilot or ATCO medical? You must register for a CAA portal account and complete the medical application online on Cellma before attending your medical.
Applying for a EASA Pilot or EASA Cabin Crew medical? Please complete EASA MEDICAL APPLICATION FORM.
Applicants for an EU medical should also complete the Mini Mental Health Questionnaire and bring with them to the medical.
